Kerry Holton
Kerry has spent most of his career in congregational ministry, having served as a youth minister, preaching minister, church planter, and elder. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian, has a Master’s degree in Religion from Eastern New Mexico University, a Master of Divinity degree from Harding School of Theology, and a Ph.D. in Theology, Philosophy, and Cultural Theory from the University of Denver/Iliff School of Theology. He is a former professor of Practical Ministry and Biblical Studies.
Now he devotes his time to writing, speaking, and teaching on topics related to church leadership and spiritual growth. He does fill-in preaching, as well.
Every year, he and his wife, Becky, equip and provide guidance for hundreds of church leaders who are looking for practical advice on how to lead more effectively and help the church thrive. Having served over 42 years in ministry, Kerry and Becky possess a unique combination of experience and of personal and academic qualifications to advise church leaders on how they may better carry out their responsibilities.
Kerry and Becky live in Loveland, Colorado. They have two married sons, one married daughter, and six grandchildren.
